Throughout our extended experience in Investments, we have developed a broad network of key specialists across the real estate chain (asset finders, notaries, bankers) and acquired the know-how to identify, price, bid and close deals.

After 15 years of Investment experience with major International Banks, Sayonara founds Miel Capital in 2012 and provides highly professional advice to Institutional clients. Transparency and a tailor-made approach are the key to her success. Sayonara was Senior Vice President - Investments - at Merrill Lynch for 13 years and as Sales on the FX derivative desk at Commerz Bank. Previously, she has worked in Information Technology as an analyst and Project Manager for 6 years. Sayonara has a B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and a M.Sc in finance from ESSEC school. Sayonara has a B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and a M.Sc in finance from ESSEC school. Sayonara has lived in Israel, Italy and is now based in France, Paris, married and blessed with three wonderful daughters. Languages: Italian, Hebrew, English and French.


Alex Debash has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Investments and Retail Investment Management in Italy. He built a very strong network and reputation while taking care of his own family group investing in Italian and Israeli ground.
Alex joined Sayonara at Miel Capital in 2014, to open the Italian market and put his expertise and enormous capacity in building networks, emphasising relations and intuitive business mind set, to the service of the company. He has lived in Israel and is now based in Rome together with his wife and precious three children.
